Tanya is an Indian fashion designer who works on contemporary fashion. She is also a stylist, photographer and keen researcher on varied cultures. Her signature is both minimal and effortlessly elegant.
She seeks to make fashion more relevant by supporting clusters of local craftspeople in the production of luxury handmade items which generates more employment for them to support their families.
She has worked with brands such as Chanel, Pero, Gaurav Gupta and Anita Dongre. Tanya has won prestigious awards such as A’Design, Wuhan Fashion and Textiles, DLF Emporio Design and Elle Max Design Awards for her contribution to sustainable fashion.
Her works have been exhibited at Louvre Museum, Paris and Museum of Outstanding Designs, Italy. She is working on extending her design philosophy through her own label ‘Dried Flowers’.
